PhD opportunity “Fascist and Neo-Fascist Networks between Italy and France: Migration, Circulation of Ideas, and Political Legacy, 1930s–1950s
We are pleased to share details of a PhD opportunity on “Fascist and Neo-Fascist Networks between Italy and France: Migration, Circulation of Ideas, and Political Legacy, 1930s–1950s”, offered within the CHORAL programme (Cultural Heritage Outreach in Romance Languages) and funded by Horizon Europe under the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions.
The position will be jointly supervised by the Université Savoie Mont-Blanc and the University of Turin (PhD Programme in Global History of Empires). The project investigates fascist and neo-fascist networks between Italy and France from the 1930s to the 1950s, focusing on migration, the circulation of ideas and the political and cultural legacies of fascism in a transnational perspective.
Applicants are expected to have a good knowledge of English and the ability to read both Italian and French.
